OUR STORY

Since I was a little girl, I loved to eat, everything and anything. At all times, there was a garden at home. There were chickens, goats, pigs, cows, and LOTS of vegetables. Yes, I grew up on a big farm.  The farm was all organic, fresh, natural, and pure. We only fed the animals fresh vegetables, always pure and natural food. 

 

There were four kids running all over the farm, always hungry for good food.  We grew strong and healthy...until we moved to the city. The food was horrible, not healthy.  No taste, nothing was good anymore. There were many restaurants and many places where we could eat, but nothing like homemade food, nothing natural. Only cheap stuff with very poor nutrition. And so began the colds, and the unhealthy kids.

 

I truly believe that health comes from food. 

 

A pure, natural diet with fresh, organic, local vegetables makes the difference. And, of course, cooking with love and care makes the difference too.  On top of personal health benefits, helping local farmers not only supports the community and small businesses, it also helps our mental health and overall nature.

 

I just love to cook healthy tasty gourmet food,
with lots of love.
